Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours. We work with 3rd Party courier and logistics partner to deliver your orders in 3-4 business days for Tier 1 Cities, and in 5-7 business days for Tier 2 & 3 locations. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If you are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we can provide you with a tracking link from our delivery partners.

Shipping Rates & Timing

  1. Domestic Orders: Rs. 50 will be charged for deliveries within the state of Gujarat, Rs. 70 for Mumbai, and Rs. 100 for rest of India.
  2. FREE SHIPPING is offered PAN India on all orders above Rs. 3000.

In case you need a faster delivery, please reach out to us with your request via E-mail on sales@kumkumsarees.com and we will try to arrange an Express Delivery for you. Express Delivery charges will be applicable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund till your product has not been dispatched from our store. Once your order has been dispatched, you will attract Rs. 150 in cancellation charges. You can write to us via E-mail on sales@kumkumsarees.com for any such requests.

Lost Packages and Damage

We work with leading delivery and fulfilment partners only. In case your order gets lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund to you.
In case the package appears damaged, please record video evidence of the unboxing, so we can take it up with our delivery partners. We will not be able to provide refunds and exchanges for damaged products without the video evidence.

DUTIES & TAXES

  1. Goods and Service Tax: Prices on website are inclusive of GST.
  2. Import Duties & Taxes: In case of international shipments, please be aware of the taxation laws of your home country, before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, we will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders.
